I wish all of the points below went without saying. But here it is. Just in case you were wondering. The official, hopefully never to be repeated again, comment policy for this blog:
- No offensive language.
Comments containing anything I consider offensive (or that I think others will find offensive) will be deleted. This includes, but is not limited to, calling other people names, swearing excessively and racist or sexist remarks. This is 2012. What is wrong with you? - All comments received are moderated, and in some rare cases, may be edited for clarity or spelling errors. I’m not trying to be the grammar police, but sometimes I just can’t let it go, particularly if your comment won’t make sense to others.
- I do not consider myself above criticism. If you want to post a comment because you disagree with me on a point, that’s fine, but manners would be appreciated. Useful dialogue of any kind is pretty much impossible if you’re going to be rude.
- Comments from trolls, jerks, spammers and generally objectionable people will be deleted without notice. Because this is my blog. And I’m allowed to do that if I want.
